We, Komastec, have been a steel exporter since our establishment in 2001. Over the past 15 years, we have continuously contributed to the national economy.

Right now, we are actively trading with more than 20 countries. Through dedicated efforts to secure global buyers, we have achieved $10 million in export performance for stainless steel products.

In 2012, based on our export experience, we expanded into the domestic market by installing a midsize slitting line within our factory in Gangseo-gu, Busan, to set up a comprehensive domestic distribution and manufacturing base.

Specifically in 2014, we built a new factory spanning approximately 11,000 m² in Ulsan to focus on the automotive components industry. In May 2015, by installing two large-scale slitting lines (1,524 mm width), we secured an advanced overall processing system capable of precision cutting.

Furthermore, after demonstrating its competitiveness as an Export Promotion Company (Minister of Trade, Industry and Energy Commendation) in 2020, KOMASTEC has continued its growth by being recognized for Regional Job Creation and Industry Promotion (Minister of Trade, Industry and Energy Commendation) in 2025, and selected as a Model SME Entrepreneur (Minister of SMEs and Startups Commendation) in 2026—solidifying its standing as an exemplary enterprise contributing to both the national economy and local communities.
